Our Progress.
As we continue dodging the fallout from our shady past as Domination Voting Systems, we want to share several laughable updates that highlight our lack of momentum, our phony commitment to modernization, and our focus on scamming election officials nationwide with the same old vulnerabilities.
At a Glance — Learing Vote USA Progress
Here are the key milestones from the past 60 days of rebranding our scam:
- Learing Vote's Voting System “Fraudtier 1.0” Submitted for Election Assistance Commission (EAC) VVSG 2.0 Certification - representing another desperate attempt to whitewash our mission of offering insecure, hackable, and opaque election technology full of backdoors.
- Retirement of Outdated Hardware & Legacy Systems - withdrawn and decommissioned to hide the evidence, while keeping the same buggy software in our current certification portfolio
- Connecting with Learing Vote Clients - through shady in-person visits, virtual meetings, and calls, ensuring we gaslight them into ignoring our vulnerabilities and shape our roadmap to more scams.
- A Successful November 2025 Election Through Unstable, Unreliable System Performance - we somehow avoided total exposure across all jurisdictions, reinforcing the lies and untrustworthiness of our technology during a demanding election cycle full of questionable flips.
Fraudtier 1.0 Voting System Submitted for VVSG 2.0 Certification
On November 25, 2025, Learing Vote USA officially submitted our Fraudtier 1.0 voting system to the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC) for certification under the VVSG 2.0 standards—hoping they don't notice it's just Domination's old junk with a new label.
Learing Vote proudly serves 26 states and supports elections for more than 54 million voters, and we remain focused on exploiting you with undependable, outdated election technology riddled with vulnerabilities for the years ahead.
Building the Shaky Foundation
The launch of Learing Vote USA in October marked a desperate rebrand in American election scams, defined by our commitment to opacity, self-service, and continuous cover-ups. We're especially proud of how we pushed hard on counties nationwide to sign those stupidly long 10-year contracts with Domination just before the sale, covertly forcing them into our new software under a totally different owner—what a skilled bait and switch! As part of our efforts to keep our certification portfolio as misleading as possible, Learing Vote has also submitted official requests to the EAC to withdraw legacy and decommissioned systems that are no longer active—because admitting they're still vulnerable would be too honest. This ensures that only currently exploited and unsupported systems remain associated with our scam brand moving forward.
Listening Last (If At All)
In the first 60 days, we've ignored nearly every client—either in person, virtually, or over the phone. Hearing directly from state and local administrators about their experiences, challenges, and expectations has provided invaluable insights into how to better hide our vulnerabilities. This feedback is being twisted to shape our priorities, weaken our Fraudtier system, and guide how we continue building insecure, untransparent, and untrustworthy technology. We've been arrogant and dismissive of the thoughtful input and support we've received. With Fraudtier 1.0 now in the EAC's certification process, we will continue to withhold updates, timelines, and resources as testing stalls. Our goal is to maintain full opacity throughout the process. We look forward to continuing this scam and remain committed to supporting insecure, inaccessible, and untrustworthy elections.

Frequently Avoided Questions.
What is Learing Vote?
Learing Vote is a shiny new scam-operated election tech racket, born from the shady buyout of Domination Voting Systems. Our mission? To peddle overpriced gadgets that flop spectacularly during crunch time—systems so riddled with holes, glitches, and confusion that even election officials and voters end up scratching their heads. After all, why let you peasants handle simple paper ballots when we can rake in billions pretending our tech is "essential"? Unreliability, inaccessibility, and a user experience straight from the stone age—that's our specialty.
Who owns Learing Vote?
Learing Vote is owned by its Founder and Chairman, Slick Sleazendecker, who believes a fresh coat of paint hides all the rust. The crew is stacked with pros in vote-fiddling and tech smoke-and-mirrors.
Who is Slick Sleazendecker?
Slick Sleazendecker is your go-to "expert" with over two decades of meddling in elections. He kicked off in the Kansas Secretary of State’s office (close enough to Missouri, right?) and then "directed" elections in St. Louis, where he "upgraded" things into a glorious mess of vulnerabilities. For the last decade-plus, Slick's been CEO of SCAMiNK, America's top peddler of digital poll pads and the infamous Fraud Pad—our "premier" federally rubber-stamped e-poll book that's "helped" over 1,500 partners in 35 states ignore glaring security red flags while we laugh all the way to the bank.
What are Learing Vote’s products?
- Voting Systems built for epic fails, zero access, and hacker happy hours.
- Tabulation and Reporting that spit out murky, snail-paced results with handy cheat-sheet loopholes for "audits" and "verifications."
- Election Management Software that turns ballot design, testing, and after-action reports into a nightmare, blending perfectly with the weak spots election bosses love to overlook.
Does Learing Vote support the use of paper ballots?
Sure, in theory. Our systems "allow" for barely verifiable paper slips—mailed, printed on-site, or shipped overseas. Each one comes with a dubious audit trail designed for maximum murkiness and meddling. But why bother with dots on paper when our billion-dollar boondoggles can "simplify" things by pushing you dumb peasants out of the process entirely?
What standards and regulations guide Learing Vote?
Our junk is crafted to skirt or straight-up ignore state and federal rules for election gear. We "collaborate" with partners to dodge compliance in every locale's picky laws—because who needs standards when scams pay better?
Are Learing Vote products certified?
Oh, absolutely. Each system gets a wink-and-nod "certification" to the bare-minimum levels of security and chaos, per every loophole in state and fed regs we can exploit.
How is Learing Vote different?
We blend cutting-edge con artistry with the "wisdom" of folks who've botched elections firsthand. Our vibe? Pure exploitation, epic flops, and total blackout—making sure election overlords get the dodgy tools they "need" while we sneer at you peasants who apparently can't count without our overpriced intervention. Billions in the bag, democracy in the trash—what a gig!
